Why I Choose EuroThreads
EuroThreads’ multi-dimensional technology is truly unmatched.
I’ve personally tried several threadlift brands—including having other types placed in my own face—and without question, EuroThreads® delivered the best results.
As a proud national trainer for EuroThreads, I’ve spent the last six years working with these advanced threads and teaching other providers how to master their technique. If you’re curious about how EuroThreads can help you look and feel your best, book a consultation—it’s genuinely one of my favorite things to talk about!
Book AppointmentUnderstanding Skin Laxity & Facial Aging
As we age, collagen and elastin production decline, leading to loss of support and firmness in the skin. Common early signs include:
- Drooping cheeks
- Jowls along the jawline
- Sagging or crepey skin around the neck and under the chin
While surgical facelifts can correct these issues, they come with significant downtime and cost. EuroThreads® PDO threads offer a modern, non-surgical way to lift, tighten, and rejuvenate—with natural, long-lasting results and minimal recovery time.
What Is a PDO Threadlift?
A PDO threadlift is a minimally invasive procedure that uses absorbable sutures made of polydioxanone (PDO) to lift and tighten sagging skin. The threads provide instant support while stimulating your body’s natural collagen and elastin for firmer, more resilient skin over time.
Unlike older threads and lifting threads by other companies, EuroThreads® are engineered for smoother placement, stronger performance, and longer-lasting results.
Why EuroThreads® Stand Out
- Safe and Biodegradable – PDO threads are made from medical-grade material used safely for decades in surgical sutures.
- Dual Action: Lift + Rebuild – Immediate lift followed by collagen remodeling for long-term support.
- Customizable Combinations – Thin and thick PDO threads, or the addition of PLLA threads when suitable, create truly personalized rejuvenation.
- Minimal Downtime – Quick, in-office treatment under local anesthesia.
- Natural, Lasting Results – Results improve over several weeks and can last 12–24 months depending on your plan and maintenance.
Thick Threads vs. Thin Threads
Not all threads are the same—and understanding the difference helps us create the perfect treatment plan for you.
Thin Threads (Smooth, Twist, or “Baby Collagen” Threads)
Thin PDO threads are extremely fine—comparable in width to a single lash or strand of silk. They are placed just beneath the surface of the skin to remodel, strengthen, and refine texture without adding bulk or weight.
These threads stimulate collagen in a gentle, regenerative way that helps your skin look:
- SMOOTHER – Refines texture and softens fine lines
- BRIGHTER – Improves circulation and radiance
- TIGHTER – Firms and strengthens thin or crepey skin
At Frisco Beauty Nurse, I often recommend patients begin with thin PDO threads. Many see such remarkable improvement in skin tone and elasticity that they never feel the need for thicker lifting threads.
Khloé Kardashian recently shared that she uses “collagen baby threads underneath my chin and neck,” referring to this same collagen-boosting approach. (Harper’s Bazaar)
Thick Threads (Lifting or Barbed Threads)
Thicker, barbed PDO threads are designed to reposition deeper tissues of the face and neck. They provide an instant, visible lift while stimulating collagen to maintain long-term support.
These threads are ideal for addressing:
- Cheek descent or volume loss
- Early jowling along the jawline
- Neck laxity or drooping skin
For many patients, combining both thin and thick threads creates the most balanced result—lifting where structure is needed and remodeling where texture and tone need renewal.
The EuroThreads® Experience at Frisco Beauty Nurse
Every treatment begins with a personalized Beauty Plan consultation, where we assess your facial structure, skin health, and goals. Based on your needs, we design a thread plan that may include PDO, PLLA, or a combination of thread types.
Your treatment is performed under local anesthesia and typically takes about an hour. You can expect mild swelling or tenderness for a few days, which resolves quickly with proper care.
Results & Longevity
You’ll notice immediate improvement, with continued collagen development over the next 4–6 weeks for firmer, smoother, more radiant skin.
The threads naturally dissolve, leaving behind a network of new collagen that supports your results for 12–24 months.
To further enhance and extend your results, threads can be paired with regenerative treatments such as microneedling, PRF/EZ Gel, or other biostimulators that continue to strengthen and rejuvenate your skin.
Is a PDO Thread Treatment Right for You?
A EuroThreads® PDO is ideal for anyone noticing early signs of aging who wants to look refreshed—without the downtime of surgery.
Common PDO thread treatments areas include face, neck, jawline, eyes, scars, and even body tightening. This includes cellulite dimpling.
During your consultation, we’ll review your anatomy, history, and goals to develop a treatment plan that lifts naturally and complements your unique features.
When a surgical option is most appropriate we are happy to provide referrals in Frisco and the surrounding DFW area.
